The webshop now delivers next day across the US — from the other side of the Atlantic.

    1. Starting point

The US webshop shipped from a separate 3PL warehouse, even though the same products were already sitting in Amazon's US warehouses. Two warehouses had to be kept stocked for two channels.

    2. Insight

The stock was already there. What was missing was letting the webshop use Amazon's warehouses and Amazon's delivery promise.

    3. What we did

We connected the webshop to Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and Buy with Prime. Webshop orders now ship from Amazon's US warehouses with next-day delivery, and Prime members pay with their Amazon account directly in the webshop. Amazon's stock now serves both Amazon and the webshop, and in the first eight weeks webshop orders went to 36 states.

TACoS from 32% to 17% in four months — with the same revenue.

    1. Starting point

Ad spend was growing faster than sales. In May, 32% of revenue went to advertising across 13 marketplaces.

    2. Insight

Campaigns were built in several different naming formats from one marketplace to the next. That made it impossible to see which campaign types actually made money.

    3. What we did

We rebuilt the account around one fixed campaign matrix: product family × marketplace × campaign type — 540 fixed slots where gaps and overlaps show up automatically. Bids are now steered by what each campaign type actually delivers. TACoS fell from 32% in May to 17% in September, with recent weeks at 15–16%, while revenue held steady.

From 2 to 9 marketplaces — and US TACoS from 41% to 6%.

    1. Starting point

The brand was selling on two Amazon marketplaces.

    2. Insight

With an average price above €150 per unit sold, every sale can carry the advertising, even in a brand-new marketplace. That makes it possible to open marketplaces quickly without blowing the budget.

    3. What we did

We launched the brand on seven new marketplaces and built the advertising market by market with a fixed campaign structure. In the US, TACoS fell from 41% in January to 6% in September while US revenue grew 47%. Overall, Amazon revenue for the first nine months was up 84% on the year before.
