    Manchu Listing Manager is the internal tool that Manchu ApS uses to create and maintain Amazon product listings for the brands we work with. It is operated only by Manchu staff, and only on the seller accounts of clients who have engaged us and authorized the tool.

    What it does

    • Creates and updates product listings on the client's own seller account: titles, bullet points, descriptions, product attributes, images and variation relationships.
    • Looks up the product type requirements for each marketplace, so listings are complete and compliant.
    • Validates every change with Amazon before it is submitted.
    • Keeps a change log per seller, so the client can see what was changed and when.

    It uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (Listings Items and Product Type Definitions) and requests the Product Listing role only.

    Who can use it

    The tool is not self-service and is not sold separately. It is used only by Manchu staff to deliver the listing work agreed in a consulting engagement.

    How sellers authorize it, and how to revoke access

    • The seller authorizes the tool themselves, from their own Seller Central login, through Amazon's standard authorization page. Manchu never asks for account passwords or API keys.
    • The seller can revoke access at any time in Seller Central (Apps and Services → Manage Your Apps). Access stops immediately.

    How Amazon data is handled

    • The tool reads and writes listing and catalog data for the authorizing seller's own products. It does not request or store buyer personal information (no orders, names or addresses).
    • Data is used only to perform that seller's own listing work. It is never sold, never shared with third parties and never combined across sellers.
    • Amazon data from the tool is not processed by AI tools and is not used to train any model.
    • Data is hosted in Amazon Web Services in the EU (Stockholm), encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256), with access limited to authorized Manchu staff using multi-factor authentication.
    • When a seller revokes access or ends the engagement, all of that seller's data held by the tool is deleted within 30 days.
    • Security incidents involving Amazon data are reported to Amazon (security@amazon.com) within 24 hours.

    Pricing

    The tool is included in Manchu consulting engagements and has no separate fee. Engagements are priced on a quote basis.
